Nepal Photography Tour

One of the most diverse and challenging tours I have ever organised, this non-trekking adventure gets up close and personal with holy men of Kathmandu, takes travellers into the pure air of the Annapurnas and rolls through the dusty streets of Newari villages in Kathmandu Valley. Sultry sadus, scenic mountains and the noble Newari.

Soft Light Please

Watching the last gasps of light reach across mountain tops inspired me to appreciate the serenity and charm of soft light. Gently gently, even under heavy clouds and grey skies there is joy in that light which lacks contrast.

Full Frame Himalayas

It's been a long time since I travelled in Nepal with a full frame camera, having enjoyed the LUMIX G9 and its mix of power and convenience in recent years. This time I returned to the Annapurnas with a pair of LUMIX S5 full frame cameras in my bag, and loads of lovely Spring sunshine.
